Jiang Dasen, the director of School Newspaper Editorial Department of Publicity Department, and the delegation came to our college, exchanging and discussing the construction of the foreign language website on May 14. Zhang Yongning, deputy leader of the preparatory working group of School of Foreign Studies, Sun Daman, member of the group, Jiang Hongming, Bu Lingduo and others from Publicity Department took part in the discussion.
The participants had an in-depth exchange and discussion on the construction of foreign language website, and reached a consensus on the next key work based on the current development situation, the actual situation, and the needs of the double first-class development and construction. The two sides will strengthen the construction of foreign language websites and culture through four means: the establishment of internship bases, the selection of professional instructors, the construction and improvement of operational mechanisms, and the co-construction of foreign language cultural activities. Jiang Dasen said that building a high-quality foreign language website is of great significance for CUP to strengthen international cooperation and communication, enhance international popularity and influence, and promote the construction of double first-class. Thus, the school attaches great importance to the construction of foreign language websites.
Zhang Yongning expressed thanks to the Publicity Department for the great support to the college’s press and public work and talent cultivation.
